Customized Personal Fitness Training utilizes a comprehensive approach that integrates strength and flexibility training, aerobic conditioning, balance techniques, reactive and explosive exercises, and basic nutrition advice to train all parts of the body to function as one strong person. Training plans are designed for your specific goals, and enable you to maximize personal physical and mental effectiveness.

I teach and practice "functional training". Functional training involves a combination of exercises and activities that work various areas, simultaneously conditioning the entire body to function as one unit. 

Good to Know:

Regular exercise and proper nutrition have numerous benefits. Physical exercise can improve cardio respiratory and metabolic efficiency, increase bone density and muscle mass, decrease body fat, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. 

Before our first session we will discuss your current fitness level and activities, and plan achievable goals.

Location: Exercise can be at the Lakefront park in Evanston, at your home or at a local gym.

Sessions: Hour long sessions begin with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by a 40-minute workout, and conclude with a 10-minute stretching and cool down period. Proper form and safety are always a priority. Wear comfortable clothing (non-cotton) and supportive athletic footwear for stability. Thirty-minute sessions are also available. 

Customized Personal Fitness Training:

  • 60 minutes: $75

  • 30 minutes: $40

  • Multi-Sessions Packages available
